Our thesis

Garments win the customer. The platform keeps the customer.

Companies buy uniforms from suppliers, but issuing, swapping, washing and taking them back still runs on lists. Rental services manage only the garments they rent out, order shops stop at delivery, and tracking systems need lockers or RFID hardware.

Blueverse supplies the uniforms the customer owns and tracks every garment on a phone – and offers the same platform to other workwear sellers for their own customers.

Why now

Regulation is making traceability mandatory.

EU destruction ban

Since 19 July 2026 large companies may no longer destroy unsold textiles; medium-sized companies follow from 2030.

Digital Product Passport

The textile rules under the EU Ecodesign Regulation are expected to apply from about end 2028 to mid 2029 – every garment will need a digital identity.

Safety obligations

Hi-vis garments under EN ISO 20471 have a declared maximum number of washes that nobody can prove today without per-garment tracking.

Business model

Four revenue lines.

Uniform supply

Custom uniforms for mid-sized companies – revenue from the first order.

Platform subscription

Free for the first year for uniform customers, then €2.50 per wearer per month.

Platform for workwear sellers

Charged from day one, plus an onboarding fee per customer account – the seller keeps its customers.

Partner business

Manufacturing for uniform and workwear suppliers.

Market and unit economics

How big it can get.

~928,000

uniform wearers in our target sectors in Germany – the market we can serve.

~€109m

a year – the estimated value of that market.

€30

platform revenue per wearer per year (€2.50 a month). A customer with 200 wearers: about €6,000 a year, plus the garments.
